I have never been so discriminated against or so badly served in my entire life. I am one of those people who go to restaurants every day and really leave a lot of money. Always the finest and best food. But what happened to me today in this restaurant I don't wish for anyone. Two women who have been a waitress probably for the first time in their entire lives. Totally screwed up and doing everything wrong that can still be done wrong. I had reserved a table and asked for the table at the beginning. I had to wait quite a long time until I was assigned a table. After me there were also people who got their table before. When we sat down there was a waitress who wanted to take the order, 5 minutes later the second waitress came and wanted to take another order. When we then placed the order. It took 1.5 hours to get the starter. I haven't even paid for 2 mini scallops for € 17 in the three-star kitchen. My friend got the wrong one. He had ordered soup and got a salad. So we had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. Then I ordered an octopus with chanterelles as the main course. I asked if the octopus was grilled because I don't like cooked octopus. The waitress immediately said yes. I noticed she is not a specialist and has no idea, so I asked her to ask the cook. She went to the kitchen and came after ten minutes and said she was sure he was grilled. You got an octopus without zucchini, without mushrooms and without truffles, as on the menu. I waited another 50 minutes for some waiter to come and ask me if everything was okay. Nobody came after another 1.5 hours my friend got up paid and we left. We hardly ate anything from it and I will never enter this restaurant again. From a legal point of view we didn't have to pay because the food took forever and it turned out wrong several times. I've never seen such unfriendly waiters. With waiters like that you break the shop, both women have certainly never waited and a brain like a sieve couldn’t remember the simplest thing was not possible. If you want to eat then go to a starred kitchen for the same price and you get quality there. Then there was the fact that the shop probably also belongs to a Southerner, at least the waiters weren't German. We were the only foreigners who ate there and were ignored instead only the Germans were treated like kings and sometimes there were four of us and we ordered something like pizza and with four men probably didn't pay more than € 30 while we as foreigners € 130 With 2 people paid for such garbage we were neither treated with respect nor taken into account nor were we asked whether we liked the food and it can always go wrong with the worst service in the world. If I were the managing director, I would have fired such employees.

Unfortunately zero stars for this bad food and bad service. We had ordered the pizza, it came the wrong one. Even after I complained, it was again wrongly served. And the chef himself served, but was not understanding. There were only 3 tables occupied, but you were totally overwhelmed. No personal data was recorded, despite Corona. For and is certain, once and never again.

Food was good! Service absolutely not. When ordering, the eyebrows were raised demonstratively because two of us wanted to swap the meat for vegetables, there was no vegetarian dish on the menu! Seemed to be a problem! When we had our food on the table, we were ready - we weren't asked for any drinks, let alone a desired dessert! It was clear to see - regular guests were treated differently!

My steak was cut so not medium but half medium and half red. Service came ask but no response

Very tasty food. It is freshly cooked and served very appetizingly. The service was very good and accommodating. The ambience is very cozy. We will come back in any case :)

We always enjoyed going there. At Easter we were there with 8 people and it didn't work out well. Food was ok. Drinks and service a disaster. Ok it was Easter. On Sunday we were there with 4 people. It was worse. Service was a disaster and the food didn't work out. Salt too cold. Medium steak was almost raw. At the prices you expect a new steak but no, the potatoes were also cold because they weren't exchanged. Honestly, the € 100 could have been thrown into the manhole. I am very sorry that such a beautiful ambience is ruined because savings are made in the wrong place. Wrong or staff in the kitchen and service

Very good food, very cozy restaurant, very friendly staff. On Thursdays, fish from the charcoal grill is all you can eat. Insanely good. We can wholeheartedly recommend. You should go there ... However, absolutely no corona protective measures were observed. No masks (not even the staff), no disinfectants, no guest lists to enter. Unfortunately, none of this works at all. Hold a case for the public order office.

Slow service, but food ok

The location is not very good, nothing special. The food is normal, I do not use to eat Italian outside Italy but I had a business dinner here. I just tried the salmon that was a little overcooked for my taste but was not bad in the end. The real problem was the service: we were about 15 people and entered the restaurant at around 18.15. We got out meal at 20.00. All the other clients were served timely. I understand that a group is more difficult to manage but if you can't then do not accept groups. Surely I'll never be here any more.

One of the best restaurants in Düren. We are always very satisfied with the very good cuisine, the service and the ambience. The fish dishes are highly recommended. Price / performance is very good. Unfortunately there is little parking nearby.

Very nice object. The decor is very well matched in detail and radiates much peace. The Mediterranean kitchen where the owner cooks even at times is lifted. All in all, a great and consistent property with nice staff in the kitchen and in the service.
